Cairn has partnered with Children’s Books Ireland to create a reading list of 24 books called ‘Building Communities', designed to inspire the next generation of Homebuilders.

Cairn Homes plc has today been granted full planning permission by South Dublin County Council for the first phase of its new housing scheme as part of the Clonburris Strategic Development Zone (SDZ), an ambitious new suburb in Dublin 24 located just 13km from the City Centre targeted to provide new homes for 25,000 people.

Cairn Homes plc has completed a refinancing of its €277.5 million syndicate facility into a sustainability linked term loan and revolving credit facility with AIB, Bank of Ireland and Barclays Bank Ireland. Following the refinance, the Company is maintaining its total debt facilities at €350 million.

Cairn Homes plc today issues a Trading Update for the six months ended 30 June 2022 in advance of interim results to be announced on 8 September 2022.
