Another significant milestone for Cairn as we celebrated the topping out of our latest residential apartment buildings in Parkside. This project is the latest phase of our development where we will deliver almost 1,600 mixed-tenure homes, housing a thriving community of over 4,000 people.

We were joined by our partners from Dublin City Council, Clúid Housing and the The Land Development Agency, along with members of the Cairn construction team who helped mark another significant milestone.

We are proud to say that less than 36 months from commencement, all homes will be completed, and we were delighted to recognise this achievement with our partners on the day. We look forward to seeing these residents join the already flourishing community in Parkside.
