This site is located on the western side of the Ballymoneen Road in west Galway and adjacent to a number of relatively new residential developments. The 9.7 ha elevated housing site enjoys views over Galway Bay and is well served by local infrastructure. The site is located within the proposed N6 Galway City Ring Road which is currently under consideration by An Bord Pleanala. The design of this scheme is currently at an early stage.
